She could remember the nights where she'd sit in bed and think about the child growing inside of her. She was afraid, not for herself, but for him, or her. She'd been through this before. Many times, in fact. Many pregnancies with these soldiers she never knew, many family-less and soon to be lifeless children, sired by worthless fathers who knew nothing of love or compassion-- And a mother that couldn't even stand on her own two feet.
She could remember holding her son in her arms for ten minutes, the sweet child gazing innocently up at her with those huge baby blue eyes. Grasping, holding on. Then being brutally ripped away.
She could remember hearing the child cry until it was either carried out of earshot, or put down in cold blood.
She never really knew.
She could remember very few people ever treating her like an actual person.
Those few, they would be the only ones to ever gain her trust.
She held to that statement not only in the past, but to this day.
So this is Ava, who is really merely a 'side' character.
She's in the same 'job' group as Mesa:
But she does not like violence.
She was enslaved as a young woman, nearing 14 years later she finds herself in the middle of a separatist war between her old 'masters' soldiers, and the 'city'. She does not wish to side with either.
This took about an hour flat.
